Stef is our hostess in this, the last Color Challenge for 2019. She has given us Basic Black, Basic Gray and Real Red, with a dessert option of "winter or new year's sparkle."
I don't know why it is, but the harder I find it to design a card with a given color combination, the more I like the final result! Let's just say I really like this card! :-)
My sparkle comes in twice--the red sparkly hearts on the wintry tree and the glitter I sprinkled onto the free-form embossing paste at the base of the tree. It's hard to see, but the white layer is dry embossed with a snowflake design.
I'm excited to see what everyone else does with this challenge! Thanks for stopping by, and please play along with us this week! And Happy New Year to everyone!
